As a patent attorney, Christoph Schröder focuses on the fields of medical technology, electrical engineering, mobile communications, automotive engineering and mechanics. As a doctor of electrical engineering, he prepares patent applications in these fields, for example, for cardiac pacemaker systems, infusion pumps, magnetic locks, vehicle components such as door and seat adjustment systems, and electrical connector systems, and accompanies the grant proceedings before the relevant patent offices in Germany and abroad. With many years of experience, he advises and represents our clients in infringement proceedings, for example in the field of mobile communications and connectivity, in all instances before German courts.
