Partner

Fabian Sokolowski primarily advises clients from the medical technology and life sciences sectors. With his many years of experience in the fields of organic chemistry, biophysical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, veterinary pharmaceuticals and biomedical implants, he formulates patent applications for companies and universities and accompanies the grant proceedings before the relevant patent offices in Germany and abroad. In addition, he regularly conducts Freedom-To-Operate analyses and Due Diligences reviews and represents our clients in all instances before German courts. Fabian Sokolowski is Chairman of the Trademark Law Committee of the German Chamber of Patent Attorneys and was directly involved in the implementation of the European trademark law reform.
