Felix Gross works in the field of process engineering and software-based inventions, e.g. concerning mobile communications, computer graphics or machine learning. With his many years of experience in the fields of mathematical modeling and simulation of complex technical systems, he prepares patent applications for e.g. engine technology, control technology or data communication systems and supervises the grant proceedings before the competent patent offices in Germany and abroad. For 20 years, he has also focused on advising and representing our clients in patent infringement and nullity proceedings, particularly in the field of standard-essential patents. For many years, Felix Gross has been teaching patent law at the Technical University of Berlin and the ETH Zurich. In 2009, he was appointed honorary professor by the TU Berlin.
